Blessed are the Forgetful
This publication was designed in response to the film Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. It contains a series of philosophical essays about the themes of the film. Such as: The morality of memory erasure. Memory, and memory distortion was the main inspiration for the design. I wanted the publication to represent a faded memory, or a memory being erased like in the film. I distorted images by scanning them and editing them. The last chapter fades to the point it is barely legible. The paper stock decreases in weight so the pages at the end of the book are much thinner than the ones at the start.
